I recently realized that I battled my way through this lifestyle change (instead of simply stepping into it) because I refused to complicate things with macro calculations and calorie counting and everything else.
It shouldn't be this hard to get help. Now that I'm only 3.6lbs away from my goal weight, I have committed myself to becoming certified and to offering my community a resource that will take away these frustrations for every single person who is afraid of making this change.
